The Northeast filk convention returns to Massachusetts!

Thank you to everyone who came and made ConCertino 2006 a success.

The next Northeast Floating Filk Convention is Conterpoint 2007.

	Thanks to a generous donation, the concertino06 LJ Community will have a paid account until August 11, 2006. This will give people a place where they can post pictures and reports about the Con.

	ConCertino will be June 16 - 18, 2006, sponsored by M.A.S.S.F.I.L.C. The Program is now online here in both HTML, PDF and Palm versions. Download our Progress Report here. [PDF]

	It will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Worcester, MA. The room rate is US$89/night(plus tax) for 1 to 4 people. More information about the hotel The hotel room block deadline was Friday, May 26, 2006. There may still be some rooms available, but there is no guarantee that they will be at the Con rate. 	Dealers: The first table is free, each table after that is $20/table. If you want to sign up have any questions, contact Lois Mangan through this address.
	There will be concerts, workshops, open filking, dealers and our fabulous con suite. More information about programming.
	We will be having a song contest. The theme is: Before the Dawn. Songs must have been written after Contata 2005 to be eligible.
	We will be having a quilt raffle to benefit ConCertino/MASSFILC. Some lucky person will win “A Chaos of Cats.” You do not have to be present at ConCertino to win. Click here for more information, and a larger picture of the quilt.

We also need volunteers to help with the Interfilk Silent Auction and to help in the Con Suite doing food related tasks and hosting.
