The hotel is about five miles from the South Acton station, which has frequent trains all weekend. There's a hotel shuttle from there. You will have to notify the hotel in advance of what train you'll be coming in on.
The hotel has a good restaurant. It has a breakfast buffet and some under-$10 items at lunch. Bravo Pizza (takeout only) is about a mile down 111 (aka Mass. Ave.). There are other places to eat in West Acton, about three miles away. Places to eat there include DiCapri Pizzeria, New London Style Pizza, T. C. Lando's Sub and Pizzeria, Sweet Bites Bakery and Cafe, and Savoury Lane.
