ConCertino 2009 Volunteer Information

Areas where we'll need help:

Setup and breakdown: Once it's at the hotel, we need to get everything to where it's supposed to be, and on Sunday we need to pack it up again.

Registration: We need people to staff the registration table on Friday and 10-2 Saturday.

Con suite: Kate and Sarah will want help keeping the con suite open for as long as we can manage. If they don't have to do all the work, then they get to see the con too! Volunteers to keep an eye on the con suite and restock supplies through out the weekend would be much appreciated. Also, volunteers to help with food prep before the con would be good too. People who wish to donate food to the con suite, should also contact us.

GoH babysitting: Rachel Sommer would like a couple of people to come play with Katie and Julie Roper (and her own kids Joshua
and Eva) with her; let her know which two-hour chunk(s) of time you can commit to. No diaper-changing required, but enjoying reading the same book aloud several times and being willing to be a human jungle gym forkids aged 18-47 months certainly is. There will be a kid play area at-con, and we'll likely go to Institute Park (about 1 mile away) if the weather is neither too wet or too hot.

Tech: If you know your way around sound gear, Joe K. could use help in setting up sound and recording.

If you would like to volunteer for any of the areas above, please contact concertino09 [at] concertino [dot] net or the area head.
